Wynne is a Tax Partner with Sensiba San Filippo LLP, who brings over 25 years of public accounting experience, including eleven years with "Big 4" multinational accounting firms. Wynne is a specialist in technology company taxation issues, international taxation, and real estate issues.

Wynne leads the tax provision (FAS 109) and tax services division of SSF's Corporate Compliance Group, where his responsibilities include providing technical oversight, development of the group's team members and development and monitoring of internal processes to ensure world-class client service delivery. He also serves as the Firm's Technical Tax Director, providing guidance and oversight to the Firm's tax projects and team members.
