Kevin is an Audit Partner with Sensiba San Filippo's Technology Assurance and Advisory Group, bringing over nine years of experience working primarily with privately-held clients in a variety of technology-related industries including venture capital, software, semiconductor, and manufacturing. His experience encompasses issues relevant to technology companies, including specific accounting considerations such as software revenue recognition, accounting for private debt and equity offerings, acquisition and purchase accounting, and accounting for stock based compensation.

Kevin also has extensive experience with audits of employee benefit plans, including the audits of employee benefit plans for a number of public companies. Kevin is a lead client partner on many of the Firm's employee benefit plan audits and also provides guidance to other teams to ensure smooth, efficient and timely delivery of work product to our clients.

Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant in California, received his Bachelor of Science, degree in Accounting from the University of San Francisco. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Public Accountants.
