SSF’s ranking of 47 out of 50 in their 101-500 employee category is a three spot improvement over their 2008 placement on the list. Companies were evaluated based on anonymous employee responses to a satisfaction survey on a range of topics including trust, goals, vision, management effectiveness, feeling valued, work engagement and people practices.
