Larkin McGowan

Larkin McGowan, Director of Revenue & Sales Operations, is an operational executive, GTM architect, and public speaker with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations accelerate growth, modernize operations, and deliver transformational business outcomes across the technology, manufacturing, AI, and professional services sectors.

Larkin is recognized for building scalable operational frameworks, optimizing revenue technology ecosystems, and helping organizations translate complex business challenges into executable growth strategies.

Throughout her career, Larkin has helped build multiple companies from the ground up while also leading marketing, sales, and operational restructures that directly increased revenue year over year. Prior to Sensiba, she held leadership roles with Composabl, Armanino, and Zenbooth, specializing in Industry 4.0, enterprise software, strategic partnerships, and digital transformation initiatives for enterprise organizations.

Known for her ability to see both the big-picture vision and the operational details required to execute it, Larkin brings a rare combination of strategic thinking, technical acumen, creativity, and people leadership.

In addition to her executive leadership work, Larkin is an established public speaker and trainer with more than 1,000 hours of speaking, workshop facilitation, and educational content development experience. She is passionate about helping teams and leaders achieve ambitious goals, communicate effectively, and embrace growth through challenge and innovation. Her personal philosophy centers around one core principle: “Do Hard Things.”

Larkin earned her Executive MBA from Saint Mary’s College of California and is widely recognized for her ability to inspire teams, build high-performing organizations, and create sustainable business momentum.

Outside of work, she enjoys horseback riding, skiing, waterskiing, rock climbing, anything sports, coaching youth sports, and creating music as a singer-songwriter and pianist.
