Rolan Sargis

Rolan Sargis is a seasoned finance executive and strategic advisor with deep experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed, and mid-market companies across Silicon Valley. He leads Sensiba’s Fractional CFO & Strategic Finance practice. Rolan partners with founders, CEOs, and boards to bring disciplined financial leadership during critical growth, scale, and transition phases.

Rolan has spent more than 20 years in senior corporate finance and executive roles, including Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis, at technology and growth-stage companies in Silicon Valley. His background spans public and private companies, with hands-on leadership across FP&A, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, capital planning, pricing strategy, and board and investor communication.

Prior to Sensiba, Rolan held senior finance leadership positions at companies including Mimosa Networks (CFO), TiVo (Vice President of Finance), Roku (Vice President of Financial Planning), and Farmers Business Network (Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis). Across these roles, he led finance teams through periods of rapid growth, operational complexity, and strategic change—helping management teams improve margin performance, strengthen financial visibility, and support long-term value creation.

At Sensiba, Rolan focuses on delivering practical, forward-looking finance leadership tailored to each client’s stage and objectives. His approach emphasizes strong financial foundations, actionable insights, and partnership with management teams—bridging the gap between accounting, strategy, and execution.

Rolan holds both a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and an MBA from San José State University.

Outside of work, Rolan enjoys spending time with family and like the outdoors and stays active through mountain biking, hiking, and exploring Northern California trails.
